Staff member for support

We are looking for you to provide first-level support (help desk):

  • You receive support questions from our customers about our authoring and content management system.
  • You provide user support over the phone and on the live support system.
  • You process the support questions independently for the most part, based on your level of knowledge.
  • You escalate support questions that you cannot resolve yourself to second-level support, from which point you track and document the solution to the problem.
  • You support quality assurance for software development by undertaking systematic tests of new functions.
  • Your pronounced service orientation and structured working method means you make a major contribution to the satisfaction of our customers.


  • You are fascinated by modern software technologies
  • You are highly organised, and you work in a reliable and structured manner
  • You are capable of familiarising yourself quickly with new technical topics
  • Independent but team-oriented working method
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with editing systems would be helpful, but is not essential.
  • Required languages: English
