Then we are looking for you, in order to actively support our team, as Consultant (m / f) Editorial System / CMS
Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting customers and prospects
- Responsible for project management of implementation projects
- Conceptual work as well as user support
- Evaluation of target specifications and supporting our customers in the preparation of specifications documents
- Conducting trainings and workshops
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in the acquisition of new customers
Your qualifications:
- You have a university degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- You bring with you enthusiasm for modern software technologies and a pronounced IT affinity.
- Independent, structured work and customer-oriented thinking as well as distinctive ability to work in a team characterize you.
- Your communication strength gives certainty in dealing with customers and in conducting training and workshops.
- Experience with editing systems would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Required languages: Business fluent English
