Your tasks:
Advising and supporting customers and prospects
Responsible for the project management of implementation projects in close cooperation with the development department
Evaluation of target specifications and supporting our customers in the preparation of specifications documents
Conducting trainings and workshops - partly on site at the customer
User support
Your profile:
You have a university degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualifications
Career changers (m/f/d), e.g. with experience as a technical writer (m/f/d) are also addressed.
You bring with you enthusiasm for modern software technologies and a pronounced IT affinity.
Independent, committed and structured work
Distinct customer orientation and self-confidence in customer contact and in conducting training courses and workshops
High quality awareness, commitment and team spirit
Experience with editing systems would be helpful, but is not essential.
Good English language skills in a technical environment
