Your tasks:
Independent processing of customer support requests to our editorial system
User support via telephone and live support system
Conduct detailed analyses of customer issues and on-demand routing to next-level support, tracking and documentation of problem solutions
Installation, configuration and maintenance of test environments
Testing the project-specific client / server applications
Your profile:
You bring with you enthusiasm for modern software technologies and a pronounced IT affinity.
Organisational talent and independent, structured work as well as distinctly customer-oriented thinking
High quality awareness, commitment and team spirit
Strong communication skills and confident demeanour in dealing with customers
Experience with editing systems would be helpful, but is not essential.
English skills in a technical environment
