Are you looking for audit-proof versioning? Then you have come to the right place. The Smart Media Creator editing system - SMC - has a sophisticated versioning process with clear presentation of the references used. You can see at a glance whether your document is using the latest content (e.g. graphics, reusable modules). In addition, the versioning can be combined with a workflow step. This enables you to select between manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic versioning.
All changes at a glance
The automatic version comparison shows you at a glance what has changed from one version to the next – both at module level and book level. New content is green, deleted content red and changes are marked in yellow.
This makes it easy to track differences, optimising the time needed for corrections.
